  • Large Capacity

The flow capacity of the zinc oxide arrester produced by Chuantai fully meets or even exceeds the requirements of national standards. Line discharge grade, energy absorption capacity, 4/10 nanosecond large current shock tolerance, 2ms square wave current passing capacity and other indicators have reached the leading level in China.

  • Excellent Protection Characteristics

A zinc oxide arrester is used to protect all kinds of electrical equipment in power systems from overvoltage damage to electrical products and has good protection performance. Because the nonlinear voltammetry characteristic of zinc oxide valve disc is very good, so that only a few hundred microamperes of current pass through the normal working voltage, it is easy to design into a no-gap structure so that it has the characteristics of good protection performance, lightweight and small size. When the overvoltage is penetrated, the current flowing through the valve disc increases rapidly, and the amplitude of the overvoltage is limited and the energy of the overvoltage is released. Then the zinc oxide valve disc returns to the state of high resistance, making the power system work normally.

  • Good Sealing Performance

The arrester components are made of high-quality composite coats with good aging performance and good air tightness. The ceramic coats are used as sealing materials to ensure reliable sealing and stable performance of the arrester by controlling the compression of the sealing ring and applying sealant.

(2) Grade III heavy pollution area: specific creepage distance 25mm/kv

(3) Grade IV extremely heavy filthy area: specific creepage distance 31mm/kv

  • Power Frequency Tolerance
